KAFFERÄVEN - Sova Räv

This decaffeinated coffee comes from the FEJCEM Cooperative in Chiapas, southern Mexico. C. Edgar Guildardo Flores Miguel founded the Cooperative in March 2013. As a third-generation coffee producer, he founded the Cooperative with two goals; support local organic coffee producers and introduce Chiapas coffee to the world. The method used to extract caffeine from coffee is effective but gentle, allowing the green beans to retain their flavor. The water passes through a filter that removes the caffeine from the water so the water can be reused. The process is carried out by SWISS WATER.
